Research

The research at the Division of Mechanics is aimed at mechanical modelling of complex structures. The structures span from machine and vehicle applications to biological tissues. The common factor in our research is the theoretical and numerical approaches used to study the problems. Financing comes from national research agencies as well as from industry.
